You can read or recite the shlokas. Shloka 1.2.1 नैवेह किंचनाग्र आसीन्मृत्युनैवेदमावृतमासीत्। अशनाययाऽशनाया हि मृत्युस्तन्मनोऽकुरुतात्मन्वी स्यामिति। सोऽर्चन्नचरत्तस्यार्चत आपोऽजायन्तार्चते वै मे कमभूदिति। तदवार्क्यस्यार्कत्वं क ह वा अस्मै भवति य एवमेतदर्कस्यार्कत्वं वेद॥ ||१|| "naiveha kiṃcanāgra āsīnmṛtyunaivedamāvṛtamāsīt. aśanāyayā'shanāyā hi mṛtyustanmano'kurutātmanvī syāmiti. so'rchannacarttasyārcata āpo'jāyantārcate vai me kamabhūditi. tadavārkyasyārkatvaṃ ka ha vā asmai bhavati ya evametadarkasyārkatvaṃ veda. ||1||" English Translation: In the begining there was nothing whatever in the universe. This universe was enveloped by death (Hiranyagarbha) alone or hunger; for hunger is death. He produced the mind (desiring), 'May I be possessed of a mind'....

Today we will discuss seventeenth shloka of Isha Upanishad.   You can recite the shloka with me.  वायुरनिलममृतमथेदं भस्मांतं शरीरम् ‌।   ॐ क्रतो स्मर कृतं स्मर क्रतो स्मर कृतं स्मर ॥   “vāyuranilamamṛtamathedaṁ bhasmāṁtaṁ śarīram | om krato smara kṛtaṁ smara krato smara kṛtaṁ smara ||” Translation in English: Let my vital force now attain immortality and let this body end to ash. Om, O mind, remember all deeds, O mind, remember all deeds. Shri Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa was suffering from deadly throat cancer. Today we will discuss sixteenth shloka of Isha Upanishad.   You can recite the shloka with me.  पूषन्नेकर्षे यम सूर्य प्राजापत्य व्यूह रश्मीन् ‌ समूह ।   तेजो यत् ते रूपं कल्याणतमं तत्ते पश्यामि   योऽसावसौ पुरुषः सोऽहमस्मि ॥   “pūṣannekarṣe yama sūrya prājāpatya vyūha raśmīn samūha |  tejo yat te rūpaṁ kalyāṇatamaṁ tatte paśyāmi  yo'sāvasau puruṣaḥ so'hamasmi ||”  Translation in English:  O Sun, solitary traveler, controller of all, Surya, son of Prajapati do remove thy rays and gather up thy dazzle.
